Frequently Asked Questions
The Starter plan has no monthly subscription fee. Operators on Starter do pay a platform transaction fee on each booking processed through Letswork. That fee covers payment processing, booking management, and platform costs. The Growth plan reduces that transaction rate while removing the five-desk cap. Contact us for the current transaction fee structure.
Yes. You can upgrade to Growth at any point from your operator dashboard. The Growth plan activates immediately and you gain access to unlimited listings, advanced analytics, and AI demand routing. There is no penalty or migration fee for upgrading.
Members pay at the time of booking through the platform. Payment is handled by Letswork. Operators receive payouts on a regular schedule to their registered bank account. You do not need to invoice members individually or chase payments.
Pay-as-you-go lets you book by the hour, half-day, or specific time window. Rates start at AED 45/hr for hot desks. A Day Pass gives you access to any available hot desk in a space from 9am to 6pm for a flat AED 99. If you plan to work a full day, the Day Pass is generally better value than booking individual hours.
Members can cancel bookings up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking start are handled according to the individual operator's cancellation policy, which is displayed before you confirm your booking.
Letswork launched in Dubai Internet City in 2024 and is currently in beta with operators in DIC. We plan to expand to additional areas in Dubai in 2026. If you operate a flexible workspace outside DIC and are interested in joining an early-access waitlist, get in touch.
The algorithm matches members to available desks based on time window, location within DIC, space type preference (hot desk vs pod vs meeting room), and amenity requirements. It ranks options by match quality so the most relevant results appear first. The system uses booking history patterns and member-stated preferences, not any personally identifiable third-party data.
