Letswork FZ-LLC ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates letsworkx.com and the Letswork platform: a two-sided AI workspace-matching marketplace connecting coworking space operators ("Operators") with people seeking flexible desk or meeting-room access ("Members") across Dubai Internet City and the broader Dubai area. Because Letswork sits at the intersection of Member personal data and Operator business data, this policy explains both data flows clearly.

1. Who We Are

The Company is Letswork FZ-LLC, incorporated in the United Arab Emirates and headquartered at Building 3, Dubai Internet City, Office 210, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. 2. Information We Collect

Letswork processes two categories of data corresponding to its two-sided marketplace model.

Member data: When you register as a Member and use the platform to search, book, or pay for workspace, the Company collects:

• Identity and contact data you submit at registration (name, email address, phone number);
• Booking data: the spaces you search, the dates and time slots you request, and confirmed bookings including cancellation history;
• Payment data processed through our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers; we retain transaction references and amounts to issue receipts and resolve disputes);
• Location and preference data used by our matching algorithm to surface relevant spaces (for example, your stated preferred district in Dubai);
• Technical and usage data collected automatically when you use the platform (device type, browser, IP address, session activity).

Operator data: When you register a space on the Letswork platform as an Operator, the Company collects:

• Business identity and contact data (company name, registered address, primary contact name and email);
• Inventory data: the spaces you list, desk types, availability rules, pricing, and capacity configurations;
• Utilization data: occupancy readings, booking fill rates, and demand patterns that our analytics engine processes to produce your dashboard view;
• Payout and invoicing data needed to process your earnings under the Growth plan.

In both cases we also collect communications you send to us (support tickets, feedback forms, and emails to [email protected]) and analytics data collected with notice on site visits.

3. How We Use Information

The Company uses the information we collect for the following purposes, which are necessary to operate the Letswork marketplace:

• To match Members with available spaces that fit their stated date, time, and location, and to process and confirm bookings;
• To provide Operators with real-time occupancy data, AI-generated 7-day demand forecasts, and payout reporting through the Operator dashboard;
• To process payments from Members and route payouts to Operators;
• To communicate with you about bookings, account activity, product updates, and support requests;
• To improve our matching algorithm and demand forecasting by analysing aggregated booking and utilization patterns;
• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations under UAE law.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use Member booking content or Operator utilization data to train external AI models without your explicit written consent.

4. Sharing

The Company shares information in limited circumstances:

• Counterparty disclosure: When a Member books a space, the Operator receives the Member's name and booking details needed to facilitate access. Operators do not receive Member payment data.
• Service providers: We share data with third-party processors acting on our behalf under written contracts that restrict their use of the data, including payment processing, cloud hosting, and analytics tooling.
• Legal compliance: We may disclose data to UAE government authorities or courts where required by applicable law or valid legal process.
• Business transfer: In the event of a merger or acquisition, personal data may transfer to a successor entity subject to the same protections described in this policy.

5. Retention and Security

We retain Member booking data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of disputes or queries. Operator utilization and payout data is retained for the periods required to support accurate invoicing and regulatory record-keeping. We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the data we hold, including encrypted data transmission and access controls limited to personnel who need the data to perform their role.

6. Your Rights

Subject to applicable UAE law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To make a request, email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing a request.
