Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of letsworkx.com and the Letswork platform (the "Service"), operated by Letswork FZ-LLC ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), Building 3, Dubai Internet City, Office 210, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the laws of your country of residence.

The Letswork platform is a two-sided marketplace. References to "you" apply to both Operators (coworking space owners and managers who list capacity) and Members (individuals who search and book workspace), except where a section is addressed specifically to one audience.

1. Agreement

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and the Company. They apply from the moment you register for an account or otherwise access the Service. If you are registering on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Use of the Service

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.
• You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates applicable UAE law or regulations.
• You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the platform, its servers, or networks.
• You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or any system connected to it.
• You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or copy the Service or its underlying data except as expressly permitted by mandatory law.

3. Operator Obligations

If you register as an Operator, you additionally agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about each workspace you list, including capacity, amenities, and pricing;
• Keep your availability calendar current so that Members can rely on the information displayed;
• Honour confirmed bookings made by Members through the platform, except where cancellation is required for safety or regulatory reasons;
• Maintain appropriate insurance and comply with all UAE municipal and building regulations applicable to your premises.

4. Member Obligations

If you register as a Member, you additionally agree to:

• Use booked workspace only during the confirmed booking window and comply with the Operator's house rules;
• Pay for bookings at the time of checkout using an accepted payment method;
• Cancel bookings within the cancellation window stated at checkout; late cancellations or no-shows may be charged at the Operator's stated rate.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and all content produced by the Company, including the AI matching engine, utilization analytics, demand forecasting models, and platform software, are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by international intellectual-property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

6. User Content

You are responsible for any content you submit to the Service, including space listings, booking requests, and communications. You grant the Company a limited licence to use, store, and process that content to provide and improve the Service. Operators retain ownership of their space inventory data; Members retain ownership of their personal booking data, subject to the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company facilitates bookings between Operators and Members but is not itself a workspace provider. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by applicable UAE law, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. Mandatory consumer warranties applicable in your country of residence are not affected.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UAE law, the Company's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to the Company in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100 if no payment was made, except for liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law. The Company is not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising directly between an Operator and a Member in connection with a booking.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Letswork FZ-LLC from any claims, damages, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, conduct that harms other users, or misuse of the platform. Where reasonably practicable we will notify you before termination unless the breach is severe or immediate action is necessary. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence.

12. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For questions about these Terms, contact us at [email protected].
